As a NSW Law Society accredited specialist in Property Law, Susan Proctor knows how to make deals happen.

She can quickly interpret complex issues and explain them in a simple and outcome driven manner. She knows no-one wants to hear a lawyer wax lyrical about how much they know, it is simply about what is relevant in getting the result the client needs in a prompt and effective manner. This is what Susan delivers.

Susan has been recognised in Doyle's Guide as a Leading Property and Real Estate Lawyer since 2016.

Susan specialises in strata developments and acts for both developers and owners corporations in different stages of a development. Susan is a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers and a member of the ACT Strata Reform Consultative Group which has assisted ACT Government introducing legislative reform for mixed use developments in the ACT.  Susan’s practice focus is on strata issues in mixed use developments and also in preparing building management statements and bespoke rules for Developers and existing owner’s corporations.

Susan thrives in her boutique law firm in delivering direct advice and often outside the box solutions for her client’s property related issues.  It is not unusual to find Susan and her team in active wear with Oscar the dog in the office, Susan knows that a relaxed environment in a stressful profession leads to positive client results.

The Proctor Legal team work out their stress levels in regular gym sessions and brainstorming/problem solving team meetings walking around the lake, with Oscar of course.
