Graduate Opportunity in Property Law

Proctor Legal is a boutique legal practice based in Manuka, A.C.T., specialising in all aspects of property law. We provide advice on a range of commercial property matters arising from strata issues, leasing, commercial sales and acquisitions and complex property matters.

We are looking for a graduate/PLT lawyer or final year law student to join our team. The position would suit someone who is open to new ideas and addressing legal issues from outside of the box. A successful applicant would be able to demonstrate the following:

• A desire to work in a small specialist environment

• The necessary energy and drive to run your own matters

• An understanding of the small business environment

• High level written and verbal communication skills

• Effective time management skills

• Respect and rapport with clients

• A strong attention to detail and accuracy and a sense of pride in your work

• Being a willing team player

Our team is small and relaxed and we enjoy flexible work arrangements. Both casual, part-time and full-time applicants will be considered.
