The Good Governance Guide is designed to demystify the strata environment for Owners Corporations, Executive Committees and Owners, and to provide guidance on best practice on topical issues for Owners Corporations in the ACT.
The Guide
Chapters of the Good Governance Guide are released every two months. An annual subscription of $120.00 includes all 6 chapters and a reduced rate for attendance at seminars and workshops throughout the year.

Seminars
Proctor Legal will be holding a series of seminars and workshops through the year focused on the information in the Good Governance Guide.
Subscribers $60 per session.
Non-subscribers $95 per session.
Minimum of 15 attendees required.
Seminars and workshops will be held bimonthly at the Canberra Bowling Club, Forrest on Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm (registration at 6:00pm).
