We Provide Results

[N]o man but feels more of a man in the world if he have a bit of ground that he can call his own. However small it is on the surface, it is four thousand miles deep; and that is a very handsome property.

Susan Proctor

After 18 years at a large Canberra firm, including a number of years as Managing Partner, Susan has founded Proctor Legal. Proctor Legal is a boutique, specialist property firm focusing on commercial and residential transactions. Susan brings her own sense of innovation and creativity to what can (at times) be "tired" property structures, ensuring fresh ideas and new technologies are appropriately utilised to forge the best solution and outcome for our clients.

Proctor Legal’s first significant project, in acting for Allara Nominees with the development Park Avenue of 184 units in the City, is the first development project to be exchanged electronically in the ACT.  Using lessons learned from other jurisdictions that have evolved more quickly due to the population growth we can adapt and improve on ACT procedures, and, at Proctor Legal, we are constantly growing in understanding of smarter more effective ways to transact and applying these learned practices to your matters.

As an accredited property specialist, Susan Proctor knows how to make deals happen. She can quickly interpret complex issues and explain them in a simple and outcome driven manner.  She knows no-one wants to hear a lawyer wax lyrical about how much they know, it is simply about what is relevant in getting to the result the client needs in a prompt and effective manner. This is what Susan delivers.
