Susan Proctor
As an accredited property specialist, Susan Proctor knows how to make deals happen. She can quickly interpret complex issues and explain them in a simple and outcome driven manner.

Susan has been recognised in Doyle's Guide as a Leading Property and Real Estate Lawyer in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In April 2018, Proctor Legal was also recognised in Doyle's Guide as a recommended Law Firm in Real Estate and Property in the ACT after just six months of trading.
Susan specialises in strata developments and acts for both developers and owners corporations in different stages of a development. Susan is a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers and has consulted the ACT Government with respect to legislative reform in the mixed use strata space.
After 18 years at a large Canberra firm, including a number of years as Managing Partner, Susan has founded Proctor Legal. Proctor Legal is a boutique, specialist property firm focusing on commercial and residential transactions. Susan brings her own sense of innovation and creativity to what can (at times) be "tired" property structures, ensuring fresh ideas and new technologies are appropriately utilised to forge the best solution and outcome for our clients.

Mili Dukic
Mili has over 25 years’ experience in Executive support where Mili began her career before moving to Executive Manager with the Board of the Community Banks in Canberra and HR Management in more recent positions.
Having worked in Canberra’s largest Law firm in varied roles for 20 years, Mili joined Proctor Legal in July 2019 as the Practice Manager and brings with her the skills and passion to support the team as they expand their growing boutique practice.
Mili is responsible for the operational day to day running of the office and ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience when dealing with their legal matters.
Mili’s experience in both the corporate and community sector has given Mili the ability to build and maintain both client and employee relations at all levels across a range of industries.
Eliza Carter
Eliza is a lawyer at Proctor Legal, having graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and been admitted to practice in 2019.
Eliza works closely with Susan in preparing commercial leases, owners corporation advices, strata development matters and conveyancing.
Eliza is extremely proud of the work she does and is confident in her ability to produce the best results possible for our clients in any given situation.
